This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on maxxstrip.co.uk are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipping method, the tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

UK Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery to eligible addresses. Estimated delivery times are usually 3-5 working days after dispatch, unless a different timeframe is shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to courier disruption, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or incorrect delivery details.

Delivery Cost

Delivery costs, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. Where free delivery is offered, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging where possible. The outer packaging will not include unnecessary product details.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at help@maxxstrip.co.uk with your order number. We may ask you to allow additional time for the courier to complete delivery before a replacement or refund is considered.

International Delivery

At this time, we DO NOT offer international shipping.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local restrictions that may apply.
